Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. You will be met by your driver for transfer to the Kruger Game Reserve. This will be about a 5 hour road transfer. Lunch is served at the lodge upon arrival. Early morning wake up call. After tea, coffee and snacks your ranger will escorts you to his open safari vehicle for your morning game drive. Return to the lodge and enjoy breakfast. Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Transfer back to Johannesburg. Transfer to the JNB Airport to connect with your late afternoon flight to Cape Town. Arrive at Cape Town International Airport, where you will be met by our representative who will assist you to your transfer. You will be met for your private transfer to the hotel. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. You will be met by your driver and tour guide. Enjoy a Private Cape Town City Tour. Ascend Table Mountain for unforgettable sweeping views (weather permitting). Return to the city and pass through the Malay Quarter. Drive past the Castle of Good Hope, Houses of Parliament and the Company Gardens. Travel to Sea Point and Camp’s Bay for scenic ocean vistas. Visit the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. Enjoy a visit to the Jewel Africa showroom for the opportunity to purchase Enjoy a visit to Robben Island. The standard tour to Robben Island is 3.5 hours long, including the two half-hour ferry rides. Ferries depart at 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm, from the V & A Waterfront in Cape Town (weather permitting). Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. You will be collected at your hotel for a Private Cape Peninsula Tour. Travel at a pace that allows you to explore the beauty of the Cape Peninsula. Depart for the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve along one of South Africa’s most scenic routes, passing Hout Bay. Enjoy a cruise to Seal Island, to view seals and sea birds at Duiker Island (weather permitting).During summer, several thousand Cape Fur Seals - along with the rare Black Cormorant - lollop leisurely among the kelp beds. Visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach. Continue to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. The scenery en route to Cape Point, at the South Western tip of the reserve, is particularly lovely in spring when wildflowers carpet the landscape. The new lighthouse - the most powerful in the world - beams an electric light of 19 million candle power across the ocean. Ascend to the top of by Funicular. Visit Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. The newly completed Treetop Canopy Walkway gives visitors the opportunity to experience the forest from high above the ground. The galvanized steel structure meanders through trees and branches, with sections that crown above the forest. Return to your hotel and spend the balance of the day at leisure. Pass the town of Mossel Bay, first discovered by Bartolomeu Dias more than 500 years ago. Visit the world-wide known Post Office Tree at the Dias Museum Complex, under which, in 1501, a letter was left by a ship’s commander, to be discovered by the commander of the third East India fleet en route to India. Thus, South Africa’s first post office came into being. It has been declared a National Monument. Upon arrival at the hotel, check in. Embark on a ferry trip aboard the pleasure boat, the John Benn (weather permitting). The John Bennis a double-decker floating restaurant offering daily Lagoon cruises to the Knysna Heads. Established in 1977, the Cango Wildlife Ranch is internationally recognized as one of South Africa’s premier attractions in the Western Cape, providing visitors with a world-class experience like no other. The tour takes your through different habitats where you can see animals such as the crocodile, exotic birds, tiger, cheetah and white lion. Visit the Safari Ostrich Show Farm. Spend some time at this working ostrich farm for an unforgettable tour where you will come face to face with the biggest bird in the world. The tour starts in the breeding camp and ends with an “Ostrich Derby” as local jockeys display their ostrich riding skills. Return to Knysna in the late afternoon. Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Depart Knysna and transfer further down the Garden Route to Port Elizabeth. Enjoy a visit to the Tsitsikamma National Park. The Tsitsikamma National Park is situated at the heart of the picturesque Garden Route. Tsitsikamma is a Khoisan word meaning, “place of much water". In 1964 when it was proclaimed, it became the first Marine National Park in Africa and today the Park incorporates 80 km (50 miles) of rocky coastline with spectacular sea and landscapes. The Tsitsikamma’s spectacular scenery includes the Indian Ocean breakers, pounding rocky shores beneath 180 m high cliffs, ever-green forests and fynbos rolling down to the sea. OPTIONAL SIGHTSEEING: Canopy Tours (weather permitting): Enjoy a Canopy Tour in the Tsitsikamma Forest (weather conditions permitting). The unequalled beauty of the indigenous forest high up on ten treetop platforms. Gently glide along in a harness, on steel cables 30 meters above the forest floor. Birdlife is abundant (including Knysna Loeries and the elusive Narina Trojan), and your guides will explain the ecology of the lush primeval forest. Bloukrans Bungy Jump (weather/conditions permitting): Enjoy a bungee jump off The Bloukrans Bridge (weather conditions permitting). The Bloukrans Bungy is the worlds’ highest commercial bungy bridge. It is also the highest commercial natural bungy jump in the world. They have had a number of world records associated with Bloukrans. In 2003, Bloukrans bungy was recognised as the worlds’ highest commercial bungy jump. The Bloukrans bridge is 216 meters (709 feet) above the Bloukrans River.
